Lead Net is a service of Ironwood Ventures LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our missed-call response, SMS follow-up, and customer communication services.

SMS and mobile information

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are used only to provide requested communication services. Customers may receive service-related SMS messages after calling a participating business for service, scheduling, support, or callback assistance if the business does not connect with them. Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase goods or services. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent information, or messaging data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We may use service providers to operate our business, including communications platforms, hosting providers, automation tools, email providers, and data storage services. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us or to comply with applicable requirements.

Customer opt-out

Recipients may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. After an opt-out request, we will stop sending further SMS messages to that number except where legally permitted or required. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or contact support@aiworkstack.tech.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, improve reliability, and comply with legal, tax, regulatory, or carrier obligations.
