Lead Net is a service of Ironwood Ventures LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how Lead Net collects, uses, and protects information in connection with its internal SMS notification workflow.
Information we collect
When an individual sends an SMS message to a Lead Net business telephone number, we may process the sender’s telephone number, message content, date and time, delivery information, and related technical records. We may also process the mobile number designated by the Lead Net account owner to receive internal notifications.
How we use information
We use this information to receive inbound SMS messages, forward internal notifications to the Lead Net account owner, operate and secure the messaging workflow, troubleshoot delivery problems, maintain records, and comply with legal, carrier, or platform requirements.
SMS and mobile information
The sole outbound recipient of this SMS program is a mobile number owned and controlled by the Lead Net account owner. Members of the public who send an inbound SMS to the Lead Net business number are not enrolled as outbound recipients and do not receive automated replies through this campaign.
Service providers
We may use service providers, including communications platforms, hosting providers, automation tools, and data-storage providers, to operate this workflow. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us, protect the service, or comply with applicable requirements.
Opt-out and assistance
The account owner may stop internal SMS notifications by replying STOP. The account owner may reply START to resume notifications or HELP for assistance. The account owner may also disable the workflow or remove the destination number.
Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the messaging workflow, maintain business records, resolve disputes, improve reliability, and comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or carrier obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
