These Terms of Service govern use of Lead Net, a service of Ironwood Ventures LLC. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Lead Net provides missed-call response, SMS follow-up, customer intake, customer request summaries, and related communication tools for small businesses. The service is intended to support customer communication and does not replace the business owner's responsibility to respond to customers, provide services, or manage business operations.

Customer communications

Messages sent through Lead Net may include missed-call responses, follow-up messages, intake questions, callback coordination, and related service communications. Customer-facing messages may identify the participating business rather than Lead Net, because Lead Net provides communication tools on behalf of its clients. Messages are sent only in connection with customer-initiated contact, service inquiries, missed calls, callback requests, or other interactions with a participating business.

SMS consent: When a customer calls a participating business phone number for service, scheduling, support, or callback assistance, the customer may receive service-related SMS messages in response to that call if the business does not connect with them. These messages may include missed-call responses, intake questions, callback coordination, and related customer-care communication. Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Opt-out instructions

SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out of further messages. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or contact support@aiworkstack.tech.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, complying with applicable laws and carrier rules, honoring customer opt-outs, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring that their own services are provided lawfully and professionally.

Acceptable use

Clients may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, or unauthorized messaging. Clients may not use Lead Net for cold outreach, purchased lead lists, scraped contacts, mass texting, or promotional campaigns. We may suspend or terminate service if we believe use of the service violates applicable rules, carrier requirements, or these terms.

No guaranteed results

Lead Net helps businesses communicate with missed callers and organize customer request information. We do not guarantee that any message will result in a sale, appointment, completed job, revenue, or customer relationship.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironwood Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, message delivery failures, carrier filtering, or third-party service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
