SMS Terms and Conditions
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Lead Net internal SMS notification program operated by Ironwood Ventures LLC.
Program purpose
When an SMS message is received by a designated Lead Net business telephone number, an automated workflow may send an internal notification containing the inbound sender’s telephone number and message body to one preconfigured mobile number owned and controlled by the Lead Net account owner.
Who receives messages
The Lead Net account owner is the sole outbound recipient. Members of the public are not enrolled as outbound recipients merely because they send an inbound message to the business number. This program is not used for advertising, marketing, lead generation, bulk messaging, cold outreach, or customer follow-up.
Enrollment and consent
The Lead Net account owner enrolls by manually configuring and verifying the destination mobile number in the company’s Twilio Studio workflow and authorizing internal SMS notifications to that number. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Opt-out and support
Reply STOP to stop internal notifications. Reply START to resume them. Reply HELP for assistance, email support@aiworkstack.tech, or call +1 712-571-0693. The account owner may also disable the workflow or remove the destination number.
Delivery
Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, filtering, network conditions, and third-party platform availability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
The workflow may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unauthorized messaging. It may not be repurposed for purchased lists, scraped contacts, mass texting, or promotional campaigns without updating the applicable registration, consent process, and legal disclosures.
Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program is handled according to the Lead Net Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
